Rob was a fantastic instructor; he was adorable (in a totally platonic, big-brother kind of way) and respectful. The class was informative and the range time was awesome. My prior shooting experience consisted of several pick-up trucks, several more shotguns, and a large group of frat boys. While they taught me the fundamentals, no one discovered my cross eye dominance problem. Thanks to you and Rob, I'm now a fairly accurate shot and much more comfortable handling a shotgun. Hello Rob,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you again for your personal attention in helping me with my first firearm purchase last night at the Bullet Hole. From my first introduction to firearms with you last month during First Steps Pistol, to Charlie's assistance last night in filing for my Florida CCW, and the great folks at the Bullet Hole(Jen & Joe), you've made the entire process seamless. In addition, I would personally like to say that you helped make for me what was sometimes a nervous, uninformed and clumsy feeling towards firearms and shooting, very fun, relaxed, knowledgeable and professional! Now that I have gone through the process from start to finish (permit to purchase), I have a better understanding and appreciation of the "bureaucracy" we gun owners experience...especially here in New Jersey.
