Shootout Game of Chance
Gun For Hire is taking the Pistol Shootout and stepping it up a notch. Introducing, the Firearm Fate Pistol Shootout! We all know you can shoot with YOUR firearm, but what about with a random firearm? In the Firearm Fate Pistol Shootout , you will not know which firearm you are shooting until you step into the port. All firearms are cased and will be randomly assigned once you enter the range. Glock? Sig Sauer? Staccato? Iron Sights? Optics? May the best shooter win!
Your target is brought in and scored! That’s it! Raffle drawing and scores will be posted within 48 hours via a video to Youtube and the website.
Course Details:
• Due to the Gun For Hire Solo Shooter Policy, you must bring your own pistol and at least one round of your own ammunition. You will NOT be shooting your own firearm.
• Gun For Hire will be preselecting 10 random firearms. When you enter the range you will be instructed to enter a random port.
• In each port there will be a cased firearm.
• On the RSO’s command, you will uncase the firearm and see which firearm you will be shooting. You will not know the firearm, or the sight situation prior to opening the case. You may have a Glock 19, Sig Sauer, Staccato, etc. You may have iron sights or optics. You will not know.
• Event will be run from 6pm-8:30pm. Shooting is done in waves, each wave is approximately 30 minutes. You will be grouped in waves based on the order in which you arrive.
• You do not need to stay for the entire event.
• Scores and winners will be announced within 48 hours.
• This event is held at Gun For Hire 1267 McBride Ave. Woodland Park, NJ 07424
Required Gear
• Due to the Gun For Hire Solo Shooter Policy, you must bring your own pistol and at least one round of your own ammunition. You will NOT be shooting your own firearm.
• Eye and ear protection (available for rent if necessary)
*If you do not have the required gear, you will not be able to participate. The course of fire requires all of the above.*
Firearm Fate Shootout Divisions
All firearms will be pre-selected by the Gun For Hire League Staff. You will not know which division you will be in until you step into the port.
Iron Sights Division
Optics Division
If your fated firearm has an optic, you will be in the “Optics” category.
Fated Firearm Pistol Shootout
Every port will have a randomized cased firearm. You will not know which firearm you will be shooting until you step into the port.
