Went with the family including a 14 yr old girl, we are all novices. From entering the facility to leaving all of our staff interactions were positive and professional. Kelsey’s knowledge and recommendations added value to our experience and John W’s coaching and instructions made us comfortable. John W was exceptional with our daughter, she began the experience somewhat timid but John put her at ease and gave her instructions and tips that made her comfortable with the hardware.
