Need to stress to the Court, that the 2nd Amendment per the US Supreme Court, that the 2nd Amendment is an equal right in the Bill of Rights, equal to the right to vote and the right to free speech. Since the states cannot restrict voting or speech with excessive restrictions, than they cannot restrict keeping and bearing arms with excessive restrictions.
Great podcast, Dan gave us lots of information and hope ! This garbage bill that dictator Murphy signed into law is unconstitutional to say the least, furthermore the democraps only voted with their feelings, not following the constitution that they took an oath to uphold. Take the part that we have to lock up our firearms when getting in & out of our vehicle for instance, we would be brandishing our firearms every time ,which would result in the police being called constantly. I’m very hopeful this garbage law will be overturned in the upcoming months.
