Became a member yesterday not knowing what i was getting myself into. I just thought it was just another range I can try yearly around bergen,passaic, and union county. As an intro, with my 8 year old son who is a first timer. Hopefully, this would be a good experience for the year. My son and I were having fun shooting then my son abruptly got a bloody nose due to him getting hot in his heavy sweater. Right away the rental staff and others made sure he was comfortable and safe. They helped me in every way to stop the bleeding. The owner and most staff genuinely cared, stopped by personally to make him smile. The RSO staff gave us our shooting time back and made sure my firearms were safe while away. I really felt the family environment.
