I’ve been going to GFH since March of 2022 and so far I have no complaints. The particular scenario that stands out the most to me was on 05/29/2023 (Memorial Day.) My 16 year old stepson had off from school and I deemed he was old/responsible enough to join me at GFH’s range. Being a stepparent, I was unsure of the rules/regs/responsibilities that would accompany this undertaking. After getting the OK, from his mother, I called GFH and spoke with Diana. She was kind, informative, and patient with all of my questions. Upon arrival she even recognized my voice and assisted my stepson and I with his paperwork! Diana’s customer service alone was enough to recommend this facility to my friends and family. 7/5!!!
