Everything about this range is just perfect, from the staff, to the environment, the range itself etc. always feel welcomed every time i come here. Was recently helped by James on purchasing my first handgun and he was great to speak to, Anthony also came by and shook my hand & had a few laughs together while going through the process. Would give this place more than 5 stars if i could.

THE BEST PLACE! Gene, who helped with what gun to get, took so much time to explain every detail was like family. ( the good kind!). Butch made sure we had what we needed and the owner was lovely! My sister went to a number of gun stores and would never go back. She loved this place! Can't wait for the class!

This is the place to be if you are into firearms and 2A rights. Best customer service, they make you feel like family. I became a member after my second visit, I already referred a friend who bought his first hand gun last week with them. I wish I would have known about GFH before, but I will buy all my fire arms from them moving forward. Anthony's Pod Cast is amazing, I have learned a lot from him and his guests, just listening to him I have most of my questions about fire arms answered, as a new owner. They are the real deal, I extremely recommend GFH.

It was great! I recently purchased there and the guy behind the counter and the rest of the staff were excellent. They know there firearm’s and were very helpful in my purchase. Let me start by saying this is the most professional and warm welcoming staff I have came across in a Range/Gun Store. Gene went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and the patience to find the firearm I wanted. While I was in the process of trying to make up my mind on what firearm I wanted Anthony comes out the back shaking hands and asking everyone how was they doing and when he got to me I told him I had to support those who support you and that I listen to his podcast every week (Guns for Hire). He came back with a signed copy of his book (Crime Proof)and said he appreciated me. You don’t get that kind of customer service now days. I will be back for my next firearm. Always a lovely experience at GFH range. Visited the store today and was helped by Luke who was so helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions and ultimately my first purchase. Tim is the man you need to guide the newbies in the range (so patient) and Andri has all the answers for the more seasoned visitors. Excited to continue being a regular here!

I can't say enough great things about GFH. The staff in the store are amazing and super helpful. I was looking for my first pistol and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The staff member was very patient and showed me several options and explained the differences between each one. The paperwork process was fast and easy, and they called me to pick up the pistol as soon as the waiting period and background check was done. Anthony came over and introduced himself on a subsequent visit and even gave me a complimentary signed copy of his book, Crime Proof, which is a must-read for anyone. I am proud to be a member here and visit the range weekly.

Worked with Juan in the store yesterday. He could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with me almost 2 hours until I had the perfect set-up. I was very comfortable working with him. Five stars to Juan all the way!!!

Gene was great! He is the ultimate professional and helped my father and I with our purchase. He mad the experience seamless, and allowed us to leave with a bit more information that we had prior to coming to the facility. I recommend Gene and the team! Also sign up for the classes, he’s a great instructor.

This is my favorite place for all gun related things. I recently became a new gun owner and Gun for Hire is my goto place for everything. The gunshop is the place to be with great salesmen. Juan is the man when it comes to any of your questions. He knows everything when it comes to helping you find a gun to add to your collection. He can show you stuff you didn't even know existed and that you wanted. He's overall just a great guy with great sales skills and a great attitude.

An amazing 6 star facility with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in today to purchase a firearm for the first time and Juan in the store was excellent he treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism and took the time to find the right fit for me and made a first time buying process relaxing. not only him but all the staff and the owner are great. I would recommend anyone to come here because you won’t be disappointed. Truly a place that treats everyone like family.

They claim it’s a 6 star range and store and IT IS. I went yesterday with my friend Anthony to check out the new store and some CCW. The place is More than just a gun store. Anthony Colandro (gunforhire radio podcast) came into the store, greeted us and shook hands. He just had knee surgery and took the time to walk over to us which shows his character. The Staff that helped us (gene and chuck aka bubba) were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The store has more than that of the local "Box" stores. Ammo, sights, scopes, pistols, revolvers, rifles...........they are all here. The range is run well and very large. The place is 6 stars

One of the best experiences I've had at a gun shop and range. Gene spent over an hour with me answering questions and providing knowledge on CCW and home defense shotguns. Whether you are a beginner or novice, they cater to everyone. I will certainly be giving them all my business. Extremely friendly and professional.

What an awesome place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful...from the front desk to the range and store. After my first visit I used the link provided on their website to get my FID and permit last month. I went to the range a few times, received recommendations from the knowledgeable folks working at the rental section and tried out all the handguns that I wanted to try out. What a selection! Fast forward to today...I bought my new handgun and registered for the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting class they offer at the range. I can't wait! What a great time with some really great people! If you're thinking of trying out some shooting, there's no better place to go. See you there!

I had a wonderful first and subsequent experiences at Gun for Hire. I had questions about membership and emailed. Matt who got back to me quickly and reached out to me personally when I arrived ar the range. He made sure my Red, White, and Blue membership was setup correctly. Tim in retail was also wonderful to deal with; very friendly and professional. RSO’s we’re very friendly and helpful. Daniel was super friendly and Jose helped me sight in my new Red Dot without having to ask. No one was intimidating. Anthony introduced himself to me on the first day I arrived and gave me a complimentary autographed copy of his book, Crime Proof, a must read for all those that want to decrease their chance of being victimized. I took an NRA basic pistol class. I’ve taken classes at other ranges and there were beginners flagging people with loaded firearms. At GFH, there was one instructor per each student to keep everyone safe and provide individual instruction. Within minutes of NJ announcing CCW is actually open for its citizens, GFH had information on next steps for gun owners. Anthony was constantly refreshing his phone awaiting the announcement so he could give the correct information to his customers. Also, the new gun shop is coming along nicely and ammunition is competitively priced. All staff at Gun for Hire are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
