This 3-hour class is designed to give the student an understanding of the New Jersey Use of Force policy and guidelines. All aspects of Use of Force will be covered including the use of deadly force. This course is tailored to active security guards, retired police officers, and law-abiding citizens who want training on the State of New Jersey’s Use of Force policy. At the end of the course, the student will be more proficient in knowing when not to use force as well as being effective in administering force and understanding when it is acceptable to use each level of force.
