This tactical pistol course will serve as level 2 to our Urban Pistol Series. Course Details

  • Prerequisite Course: Gun For Hire Urban Pistol 1
  • Course duration: approximately 4 hours
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals must reschedule and pay for a new course.
  • This course is held at Gun For Hire, 1267 McBride Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.

  • Pistol (You must bring a pistol registered to you to take this class!)
  • Three magazines
  • Magazine Holders/Pouches (Minimum: one double magazine holder or two magazine pouches)
  • Strong side hip holster; We recommend a Kydex style holster
  • Sturdy Gun Belt
  • Estimated round count: 400 rounds pistol
  • 5 Dummy rounds or Snap Caps
  • Ear Protection
  • Wrap-around eye protection. Side shields will be provided and are mandatory for those who do not bring wrap-around eye protection. Brimmed hats are strongly recommended.
  • We Recommend Jeans / BDU Style Pants
  • No Shorts, no open toe shoes, no sweatpants. Please bring only factory loaded ammo, excluding steel cased ammo.

  • Advancing on multiple targets
  • Moving from cover to cover position with a loaded weapon
