Match Details

  • You must bring your own handgun.
  • Shooting is done in waves; each wave is approximately 15 minutes. You will be grouped in waves based on the order in which you arrive.
  • You can shoot multiple firearms in different categories, if you shoot the same firearm twice, only the first score will count.
  • You do not need to stay for the entire event.
  • This match is held at Gun For Hire, 1267 McBride Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.

Yes. You may enter the match multiple times and shoot more than one firearm, including multiple firearms within the same division.

However, only your best score within each division will appear in the final match standings. Your additional scores in that same division will be removed as duplicate entries so one participant cannot place multiple times within a single division.

For example, if you enter three firearms in the same division and record the first-, second-, and third-best scores, only your highest score will count toward the final standings.

Why Would I Enter More Than Once?

Additional entries give you:

  • More opportunities to improve your score.
  • The ability to compete with different firearms.
  • An additional entry into the raffle for each paid match entry.

Your additional scores are not considered failed or disqualified attempts. They are simply excluded from the final standings when a higher score from one of your other entries has already been recorded in that division.

How Are Multiple Entries Scored?

  1. Register and pay for each firearm or attempt you would like to shoot.
  2. Complete the match with each registered entry.
  3. All of your scores will be recorded.
  4. Your best score in each division will be used in the final standings.
  5. Your other scores within that same division will be marked as duplicate entries and removed from the final rankings.
  6. Every paid entry remains eligible for the raffle.

Important: You may enter as many times as permitted by the match, but you may only hold one final placing per division.

  • A Pistol (Must be registered to you)
  • Eye and ear protection (available for rent if necessary)
  • 50 rounds of ammo for each firearm (available for purchase)
  • Calibers: .22, 9mm, .380, .40, .45
  • 2-3 (10 round minimum) magazines required

  • Iron Sight Division
  • Optic Division
  • .22lr Rimfire Division

  • There will be a plaque for the top shot in each division.
  • All entries will be entered to win a $250 Gun For Hire Gift Card!

Course Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule or Cancel 2 or More Days Before Your Course:
100% refund to the original payment method, or you may transfer into the next available date.

Reschedule or Cancel Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Course:
Receive a 50% credit of your purchase price in your Gun For Hire account, which may be applied toward a future date.
This reduction is due to staffing, scheduling, and course preparation already completed.

No-Show Policy:
If no cancellation is provided, no credit or refund is available.

Rescheduling Policy More Than 24 Hours Before Your Course:
A $25 fee will apply if you need to change your date.
Please choose your date carefully.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Late arrivals must sign up for another available date and will be charged for a new session.
