At Gun For Hire, we offer an exclusive, invite-only advanced shooting course designed for seasoned shooters who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This elite training program is crafted to provide a comprehensive, high-level experience that goes far beyond basic marksmanship. The course includes dynamic movement and advanced drills that can’t be practiced anywhere else, dual platform training with both rifle and pistol, and rigorous timed standards to push you to your limits. Our curriculum is designed to evolve continuously, ensuring that each participant receives the most effective, cutting-edge techniques for improvement. You’ll also engage in specialized team tactics and participate in our yearly ballistic shoot, a unique event that requires additional materials for optimal training. Each month, new challenges will be introduced to keep you evolving as a shooter, providing the advanced, personalized practice you’ve been seeking. This program is reserved strictly for those who have been invited to participate, ensuring an intimate and highly-focused training environment that is tailored to meet the needs of the most dedicated students.
Course Details:
• You must have passed Ultimate Urban, if you are unsure you met the prerequisites, please email tony@gunforhire.com
• The length of the course is approximately 4 hours
• This course is held at Gun For Hire 1267 McBride Ave. Woodland Park, NJ 07424
What to Bring:
• Carbine platform firearm with 3 magazines
• Semi-auto handgun with 3 magazines
• 300 rounds carbine ammo
• 300 rounds handgun ammo
• Belt with holster and magazine pouches for both firearm platforms
• Ear Protection
• Wrap-around eye protection. Side shields will be provided and are mandatory for those who do not bring wrap-around eye protection. Brimmed hats are strongly recommended.
• Knee Pads (if necessary)

Reschedule or Cancel 2 or More Days Before Your Course:
100% refund to the original payment method, or you may transfer into the next available qualifying date.
Reschedule or Cancel Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Course:
Receive a 50% credit of your purchase price in your Gun For Hire account, which may be applied toward a future qualification date.
This reduction is due to staffing, scheduling, and course preparation already completed.
No-Show Policy:
If no cancellation is provided, no credit or refund is available.
Rescheduling Policy More Than 24 Hours Before Your Course:
A $25 fee will apply if you need to change your date.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Late arrivals must sign up for another available qualification date and will be charged for a new qualification session.

Just finished this week’s episode of the Gun For Hire Radio! As always an excellent episode! Just wanted to say the courses are phenomenal!As someone who took most of the classes (more than one time…, my wife is prob the 35-40x times) the first Advanced Training Alliance class was excellent and looking forward to the next ones! In general – the training is definitely one of (if not the) the best parts of GFH, and the 50% on repeat classes is absolutely amazing. I did not expect to become a cowboy taking this course but I fell so much better understanding the science, skill and techniques on drawing a gun from a holster now. I thought my gear was perfect but after a few rounds it actually just came loose! Another classmate shared their setup and I liked it much better. The family feeling is awesome here. Looking forward to taking Urban Pistol 1 next!

Tony Urena Director of Training
Tony is a United States Navy Veteran as well as a Veteran Law Enforcement Officer with over 25 years of experience. During his illustrious career, he was the training officer for his department and was responsible for their bi-annual qualifications and training for approximately 100 law enforcement officers. Tony was also state-certified in all aspects of firearms training, which included handguns, shotguns, sub-guns, semi and automatic rifles, as well as scoped rifles. In addition, Tony was qualified to testify as a firearms expert, as well as in the “Use of Force”. Tony is also a high-level martial artist, with well over 30 years of training, and was a state-certified Defensive Tactics Instructor.
